By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Provided
U.S. Tent Rental provides rental and installation of tents, linens, catering, furniture, and related event or emergency equipment. All services are subject to availability, site accessibility, weather conditions, and safety considerations.
For detailed service agreements and rental conditions, please refer to your specific quote or invoice.
2. Quotes, Reservations & Payments
- Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change based on availability.
- Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit or signed agreement is received.
- Full payment is due as outlined in your invoice or rental contract.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or cancellation of services.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, and company check unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
25% is non-refundable.
Within 7 Days of Delivery the entire 50% becomes non-refundable.
Within 48 Hours of delivery 100 % of payment is due & non-refundable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information and ensuring accessibility
- Obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals
- Protecting rented equipment from damage, theft, or misuse
- Notifying us promptly of changes, cancellations, or safety concerns
Any damages to rental equipment will be billed to the customer as outlined in your rental agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or acts beyond our control
- Injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use of rented items
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation related to event disruption
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fee paid by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—logos, text, graphics, images, and videos—is the property of U.S. Tent Rental or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
7. Call Recording and SMS Communications
We may monitor or record phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. By contacting us, you consent to these practices.
Text Messaging Consent & Rights
By submitting your mobile phone number to US TENT RENTAL, LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages related to updates, event and booking confirmations, or any other service-related messages.
Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Providing your number through online forms or verbally consenting during a visit.
- Checking an opt-in box on digital forms (where applicable).
Opt-Out
You can revoke your consent at any time by:
- Replying “STOP” to any message received.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you explicitly opt back in by replying “START” or re-enrolling with our staff.
