We have 8' Drape Colors in Teal, Purple, White, Black, Royal, Red, Forest and Gold. We have trade show skirts in Black, Gold, Forest, Red, Beige, Purple, Peach, Royal and Teal.

When necessary for a customer to reschedule an event, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time. We must be notified of the reschedule at least 5 days prior to the event. Overtime rates may apply.

Permits may be required by local authorities. Although it is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits, we will coordinate the process for an additional fee.

When does U.S. Expo Services need the list of names for ID signs?

When does U.S. Expo Services need the list of names for ID signs?

To provide ID signs as economically as possible, our ID signs are printed and shipped to us. The final sign list must be submitted to us no later than 7 days prior to setup. We will, if possible, accommodate late additions. However, there will be additional costs.

What can I hang from the drape?

What can I hang from the drape?

We do not allow anything to be hung from the drape. Pins, staples and tape are also not allowed. We are happy to provide extra "S" hooks to hang light weight items (under 20lbs) from the top drape support bar.

What about electric?

What about electric?

We will run extension cords and power strips to exhibitor booths for an additional charge. Arrangements must be made in advance. Power must be available in adequate amounts and locations to supply it to the required booths. Some hotels and convention centers will provide this service. Check with your venue.

Exhibitors can ship items directly to our warehouse where we will store the items until the day of the install, and then we deliver these items to the trade show booth during the show setup. The exhibitor items will be waiting for them when they arrive at the show. There are some restrictions. Contact us for details.
